I am a passionate leader, researcher, and development practitioner, committed to transforming communities through innovation, ethical leadership and people centered governance. My work is rooted in advancing sustainable development., local economic growth and inclusive public participation. Professionally, i serve in leadership within Joe Gqabi Economic Development Agency, where I focus on investment promotion, institutional development, governance, infrastructure coordination and strategic partnerships aimed at improving livelihoods and regional economic resilience. I am also the author of Design Thinking 101: Framing the Future - Exploring Empathy, Systems and Innovation in Complex Contexts - Awork that explores how empathy, systems thinking and innovation can be used to address complex societal and governance challenges.
