About me
As a passionate champion for youth development and rural education, I fuse academic research with hands-on leadership experience to spearhead transformative change. Currently wrapping up my Ph.D. in Human Sciences with a focus on Leadership Studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, I am passionately committed to pioneering innovative solutions that foster community growth and empower young people. My journey has taken me from founding and leading the Rural Education Support Trust in Ghana to receiving the honor of being a Mandela Washington Fellow. Over 12 years, I worked tirelessly in rural Ghana, igniting change and bringing vital educational opportunities to underserved communities. Driven by the unwavering belief that education and leadership are the catalysts for unlocking boundless potential in marginalized populations, I strive to bridge academic insights with real-world impact through research, teaching, and consulting. I’m eager to connect with like-minded leaders to collaborate on leadership development, project management, and rural community empowerment. Together, we can create sustainable solutions and create a brighter future for our global society!
